A New Level of Love

John 15:9 – Just as the Father has loved Me, I have loved you; abide in My love.

John 17:26 – And I have made Your name known to them, and will make is known, so that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them. (emphasis added)

I'm entering a new season in life. Not only am I starting college, which I am loving, by the way, I am also in a season of God opening up my heart and revealing a whole new level of His love for me. And it's amazing! 

 

It's easy for us to believe that God the Father loves Jesus, right? How about Jesus loving us the way that He loves His Father? Okay, that's a little crazy to think about, but somewhat easy to believe. Now, how about this!? God, the Father, loving us as much as He loves His only begotten Son, Jesus?! Did your mind just explode and now you have no idea what to do or how to respond? I'm still there! I'm still trying to wrap my mind around this whole new level of the Father's love for me.

I just wanted to give you an update on what I am learning about myself and who I am in the Father's eyes.
